Our lab in Maun is finally up and running, headed by Peter Apps, the biochemistry lab director. And the 'dog camp' is busier than ever with our new post doc, Andrew Stein, who started in July, coordinating the large predator guild research.

WEI’s beneficiary, The Botswana Predator Conservation Trust held a Diner and Auction at the Royal Geographical Society in London, England to raise funds for BPCT’s scientific and educational projects in Botswana, Africa.

Wild Entrust International (WEI) is launched in Seattle, WA to procure funding for wildlife conservation research and education initiatives around the world. The launch fundraising party was held at Seattle’s Experience Music Project | Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame. With the help of our major donor for this event, the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, over $250,000 was raised at the event to support our conservation and outreach efforts.
